Sonia Friedman Productions is seeking applications for Technical Assistant Stage Manager to work on the West End musical "PADDINGTON" at the Savoy Theatre. We are seeking applications from individuals from all backgrounds, with complementary experience and skills, for the position of Technical Assistant Stage Manager.
Your duties and responsibilities will be those normally expected of a Technical Assistant Stage Manager on a first-class production. Previous experience as an ASM on a busy show is essential. Skills required include attention to detail, the ability to remain calm under the pressure of a busy live production environment and good all-round technical skills. Experience and skills in operation and fault finding electronics is highly desirable. The ideal candidate would also have the ability to deal with prop and show maintenance as well as a comprehensive and varied rehearsal process throughout the year. Experience calling to music is also preferable.
