We are working with a well-established, people-focused business in Cheltenham who are looking to recruit a Customer Experience Executive to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-centric professional who enjoys being the key point of contact for clients and delivering consistently high service standards.

This role would suit someone with experience as a Customer Service Executive, Client Support Executive, Customer Success Coordinator, or Client Experience Advisor, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Role:

As a Customer Experience Executive, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout their journey, ensuring every interaction is efficient, professional, and positive.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound customer calls and emails with clarity and confidence

  • Providing end-to-end customer and order support

  • Handling customer queries, returns, and low-level issues in a calm, solutions-focused manner

  • Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and courier partners to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Maintaining accurate records using CRM and internal systems

  • Assisting with minor quote amendments and order updates

  • Contributing ideas to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience

About You:
  • Previous experience in a customer service, client support, or customer experience role

  • A confident, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Comfortable working with systems, processes, and customer databases

  • A positive team player who enjoys working in a supportive, people-led environment
