The Role: Deputy Manager and Setting SENDco (Permanent Role)
Support the Manager in: Day-to-day running of the preschool Leading and supporting staff (Room Based) Maintaining a safe, caring, and stimulating environment Opportunity to make a real difference in a small setting
Base: Bovingdon Preschool, Memorial Hall Bovingdon HP3 0HJ.
We are a warm, homely, non-profit Preschool seeking a committed, kind and enthusiastic deputy. We pride ourselves in building strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
Hours & Working Pattern:
25 hours per week. Term time only. Set shifts between 8 am – 3:00pm, Ideal for work–life balance.
Pay: Up to £16,000 per annum (based on experience).

Who We’re Looking For:
Passionate and caring early years professional
Experience working in an Early Years setting
Relevant early years qualification (e.g. Level 3 or above) SENDco training, and/or experience
Confident supporting staff and leading practice
Good communication and organisational skills
Commitment to providing high-quality early education
