We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive special needs school in Shrewsbury. Please only apply if you have previous experience working in a special needs school or specialist SEND setting.
The Role:
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to support pupils with a range of complex needs, either on a one-to-one basis or in small groups. You will play a key role in creating a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
