Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-to-one or small group support to students with a range of additional learning needs
- Assisting with the implementation of personalised learning plans and individual education programmes
- Collaborating with teachers to adapt lesson plans, materials, and teaching methods to suit students' needs
- Fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and well-being
- Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback to teachers and parents/carers
- Participating in professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience working with children or young people, particularly those with additional learning needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support and empower students
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the diverse needs of each student
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Relevant qualifications in education, special educational needs, or a related field would be an advantage
