The Role
We are seeking confident, adaptable, and proactive Cover Supervisors to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young people and are considering a future career in teaching or education.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
· Supervise classes during teacher absences
· Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials
· Maintain a positive learning environment
· Manage classroom behaviour in line with college policies
· Support students with their learning and engagement
About You

· Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Can manage classroom behaviour effectively
· Are reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
· Are enthusiastic about supporting the education of young people
· Have previous experience in a school or college setting (desirable but not essential)
This role is ideal for graduates, teaching assistants, HLTAs, youth workers, or anyone looking to gain experience before pursuing teacher training.
