**Job Description:**
We are seeking dedicated and professional SIA licensed security guards to join our team on an ad-hoc basis to cover shifts across Bexhill, Hastings, and Eastbourne. As a security guard with OMS, you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure environment for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorised access- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies- Conduct regular checks and report any security breaches or hazards- Provide a visible and reassuring security presence for clients and customers- Maintain detailed incident reports**Requirements:**
- Valid SIA Licence is essential- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to remain calm under pressure- Flexibility to cover shifts at short notice**Benefits:**
