About the Role: • As Senior Project Manager you will develop and support the delivery of Hartpury’s Continuous Improvement Programme • Manage and deliver complex, integrated change projects, working closely with project teams to drive business process improvements • Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and aligned to Hartpury’s 2030 strategic objectives • Measure and report on the impact of improvement initiatives, providing clear updates to senior stakeholders • You will support in the line management of the Continuous Improvement project managers • Champion Hartpury’s vision, values and commitment to high levels of achievement across the University and College
About You: • With a qualification in project management or relevant professional experience you will have the ability to lead organisational change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and resistance management with staff and students across the institution • Experience of managing and delivering complex and varied projects (such as process improvement or software development implementations) • Possess a positive attitude, with the ability to motivate and encourage others to develop creative approaches to problem solving • Comfortable working flexibly, to a high degree of accuracy and within tight deadlines. • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
