IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for an experienced General Labourer to join our client's team in Lydney on a long-term, full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established and safety-conscious site, supporting ongoing operations.
Key Duties-
Assisting with daily site operations and supporting trades as required.

Carrying out pre-work checks and keeping work areas clean and organised.

Handling materials and equipment safely.

Following all site health and safety procedures.

Reporting hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues promptly.

Previous experience in a general labouring or similar role.

Good understanding of on-site health and safety practices.

Comfortable with manual handling tasks.

Proactive, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.

Able to follow instructions and work under supervision.

Valid CSCS card (desirable).

Additional site tickets such as manual handling or first aid (desirable).
