  • Morgan Hunt are currently working with a public sector organisation who are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant for 6 months. In this role you will be required to have strong diary management experience and experience supporting Directors. The role is based in Canary Wharf and will require 3 days in the office.

    Hours: Full-time

    Rate: £172.91 per day

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to the Senior Directors in a professional, responsible and timely manner, including managing their inboxes, tracking actions, prioritising enquiries and following up where required
    • Manage the Senior Director's diaries
    • Raise Purchase Orders where necessary and ensure that invoices are authorised efficiently
    • Plan and arrange meetings, implement and monitor completion of follow-up actions
    • Book travel and accommodation as required
    • Support project delivery by collating, coordinating and printing information and meeting papers
    • Maintain an internal calendar of key events such as quarterly meetings
    • Organise events of varying scales
    • Liaise with stakeholders to gather information when required using MS Teams, Outlook and SharePoint
    • Assist with recruitment, including organising recruitment interview timetables for a variety of recruitment campaigns and have responsibility for organising the on boarding of staff within the teams
