We're seeking a talented Bar Supervisor to lead our welcoming bars in the wild Scottish Highlands.

-Supporting service in the hotel our relaxed, field-to-fork venue showcasing seasonal Scottish produce.

What You'll Do:
-Lead, inspire, and develop our bar team to deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service
-Oversee daily bar operations, stock management, and impeccable presentation
-Craft and serve exceptional drinks, from classic cocktails to expert whisky recommendations
-Ensure compliance with licensing laws and the highest standards of health & safety
-Contribute to creating unforgettable guest moments — whether for hotel residents, day visitors, or adventurers fresh from the hills
What We're Looking For:
-Proven supervisory experience in a busy bar, hotel, or high-end venue
-Deep knowledge of spirits (especially whisky!), cocktails, and premium beverages
-Strong leadership skills with a passion for training and team development
-Warm, engaging personality with a genuine love for hospitality
-Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and peak seasons
