Come on an adventure and join the Clinical & Business Team to support our critical applications and help our Clinical colleagues.

The C&B Team currently support over 40 different applications from PAS and Maxims to Dragon and Smartcards. We are looking for someone to come and join our great team to help with the system support on the Clinical applications.

Many of our current systems will be replaced by eCare and this role will be supporting this journey and evolving along the way.

Do you have a good general understanding of technology?

Strong MS Office skills?

Great customer care and communication skills?

Experienced in using NHS Clinical applications?

Enjoy learning and problem solving?

You would be well supported and trained in the role as you learn the system maintenance on the various applications. If you like learning new things - this is an ideal post. We are a great team to work in and believe in the Trust values and supporting one another along the way.

This is a great opportunity to gain more in-depth experience on our applications and Cornwall IT Services.

The Clinical & Business Team provide 2nd line Application support and dealt with 53000 support calls over the last year. You will be part of the team to support the Users on the applications, deal with any errors, liaise with third party suppliers and configuring the software as necessary. We have a strong role to protect the data and follow GDPR guidelines ensuring correct access levels are given to Users.

You will have strong communication skills and be able to work on your own calling on support as required.
