Summary


We have a great opportunity for someone to come and join the Clinical & Business support team where we look after many of the hospital Clinical or Business applications. Our team provides support and configuration on the system, ensures the system is running smoothly for the Users and protects the data with strong account maintenance protocols. We look after the backgound system administration on over 30 applications and you would be trained and mentored in various aspects of this.

The team currently provides support from 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday .

Main duties include:
• Ensuring all system accounts are set up and amended in a timely manner
• Monitoring the system to ensure it is running optimally
• Offering advice and guidance to users on the use of the software
• Assisting with any system errors
