We have an exciting opportunity for a trainee HR Adviser (Career graded) to join our Human Resources (HR) Advisory Team to contribute and support to the provision of a high-quality HR advisory service. The successful trainee will be coached and developed to enable progression through the career grades.

The key purpose of the role is to provide professional HR advice to support and guide managers, employees and external customers, including schools, on a wide range of individual or collective HR matters, taking into consideration employment legislation and terms and conditions of employment. The postholder will also assist in policy development, training, and implementation, to ensure a best practice approach is achieved and sustained.

The role would suit someone who has basic knowledge of HR Policies and procedures and employment legislation with some experience of working in a HR environment and wants to develop a career in HR, specifically in employee relations.

The minimum qualification requirements are a Level 2 in English and Maths (or equivalent) and willingness to work towards CIPD level 5 HR Qualification at the entry level.
