You will be responsible for warm calling clients to book them in for their Ultrasound appointment at one of our many clinics across the country You will use IT systems to link appointments to a patients medical file and update our instructing parties with the relevant information You will work as part of a team, and will be responsible for booking as many patients as possible to fulfil targets to fill our clinic spaces Making a targeted volume of outbound calls daily and taking inbound calls from patients (or customers).
