Crynodeb
For further information please refer to the Job Description & Person Specification. Daily monitoring of RIS & PACS system performance and imaging system interfaces. Perform imaging IT system application configuration such as addition of exams codes, set up and maintenance of RIS templates, creation and modification of PACS display protocols and worklists. Testing of new RIS, PACS and other associated imaging IT systems software updates, releases, patches. Extract complex statistical information from the systems to meet routine and ad hoc information requirements. Provide support for research trials including production of anonymised imaging data for trial sponsors and coordinate collection of imaging data for research trial central review. Assist with the management of coding schemes within the systems to ensure that they are consistent with current standards. Provide training for all diagnostic imaging staff in use of the imaging IT systems in accordance with their job descriptions and service needs.
