What you'll be doing: Facilitate & enhance the provision of onsite Systems Training and Systems Implementation across the group. Systems include, but are not restricted to: EPR, Incident Reporting, HR system and workforce planning Be involved in the design of training packages & training materials for ‘Train The Trainer’ purposes & end users throughout the business Provide training representation within projects Writing clear, accurate, and easy-to-understand instructions, user guides, FAQs, tutorials, and other support materials. Identify and document best practices as part of ongoing process to increase efficiencies Facilitate UAT testing for end user experience Provide support during parallel runs prior to Go-Live Provide monthly reports & analysis on training delivered by the IT team, & escalate any areas of concern What you'll have: Demonstrating excellent customer service and support Excellent written and communication skills Sound decision making skills Knowledge and experience of dealing with escalation routes when problems arise On-going development and continuous improvement of technology products Drive effective change management initiatives Make constructive contributions and collaborate with others to achieve common goals Ability to produce high quality documentation Use of Microsoft Sway and Clip Champ video editing tools We also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.
