Crynodeb
You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, evidence based effective nursing care to the whole practice population, including the assessment of patients with chronic diseases, subject to experience and/or training. You will demonstrate critical thinking and skills in decision making, and work collaboratively with the whole general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures. You should also thrive in working within a professional team, be a team player and supportive to all others. Remuneration will be in line with the experience you can bring.
