We're looking for a Compliance Assistant who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to administrative schedules.
Contract: Permanent Hours: 25 hours per weekShift Pattern: Monday - Friday 0930 - 1430Pay: £13 per hourLocation: Church Street, Carlisle
Role Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support across a variety of tasks and systems.
-Coordinate and maintain training records.
-Check and validate key compliance including food safety sign offs.
-Act as a central contact for the team, managing calls and communications.
-Raise purchase orders and manage tasks within the CAFM system.
-Support monthly reporting and maintain shared drive documentation.
-Coordinate waste service bookings, fleet car servicing, and PPE/uniform/stationery orders.
What we're looking for:
-Experience in administration or customer service.
-High attention to detail skills.
-Organised.
-Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
-Ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines.
-Excellent communication and organisational skills.
-Ability to interact with colleagues and clients.
