Summary
Job Title: Lettings Assistant
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £23,855.07 Per Annum (£26,198.64 is achieved after 12 months successful performance in the role)
Working Hours: 35 Hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday
Location: North Reg Hub, Carlisle

The difference you will make as a Lettings Assistant
Deliver a quality lettings service for social housing, ensuring that homes are let quickly and appropriately, at the required standard, minimising rent lost through empty homes. Role model Our Riverside Way values and work closely with other teams to ensure that services meet our aspirations, and that our customers trust us to deliver on our commitments.
About you
We are looking for someone with:
• Proven ability to show initiative and take ownership of tasks.
• A strong customer focus, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, deliver to strict deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
