Responsibilities
Manage and support a team of mental health professionals, ensuring high standards of care.
Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans for clients in accordance with best practices.
Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance to team members to foster professional development.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive care plan for clients.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures in mental health care delivery.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of mental health services provided by the team.
Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss client progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
Requirements
A relevant degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
Proven experience in a managerial role within the mental health sector.
Strong understanding of mental health issues and treatment options.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans and strategies.
Experience in team building and managing staff performance.
Commitment to continuous professional development and best practices in mental health care.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £31.77
