Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire
Salary: £65,000 per annum + bonuses
Home: Brand New 3-Bed Children’s Home

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Children’s Home Manager to lead the opening of a new 3-bed children’s home in Nuneaton, supporting young people aged 8–17 with emotional and behavioural needs.

This role offers full autonomy to shape the home, recruit and develop your own team, and deliver high-quality, child-centred care within a supportive and growing organisation.

  Requirements:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care (essential)

    
    

  • Level 5 Diploma (or equivalent) preferred

    
    

  • Minimum 2 years’ management experience in a children’s residential setting

    
    

    The home is ready to open once a Registered Manager is appointed.
