We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our busy Hull Service. Our Administrators here at Change Grow Live play an integral part in supporting the team in our mission, providing administrative and clerical support to our teams enabling them to focus on delivering our services, and ensuring our service users receive the help and support they need to achieve their goals.


Where: Hull

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week

Full Time Salary Range: £25,077.00*


*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

About the role:




As first point of contact within the service, providing a welcoming reception space and ensure Service Users and other visitors receive a friendly and efficient service and that all calls and visits are dealt with promptly and courteously.
Contribute to the management of an effective appointments system.
Contribute to the improvement and upkeep of all client areas, taking responsibility for ensuring the welcome area/client area promotes premises fit for recovery.
Inputting information onto the CGL Information System as/when required
Undertake other duties appropriate to the grade of the post, this will include supporting prescribing administration and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) support.
Covering all CGL Hubs within Hull when cover is required.
Work flexibly and support the needs of the business, this will include some evening and weekend work.


About you:

Excellent customer service skills
Experience of working in a busy environment & multi-tasking
Knowledge of general office procedures.
IT literacy including proficiency in word processing and data entry.
Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary.
Solid numeric skills.
Good organisational skills
Confident and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
A professional, empathetic and non-judgmental attitude towards service users.
The ability to respond flexibly to the demands of the post.
The ability to work as a member of a team.
