About the role
We are recruiting caring, reliable Residential Care Home Care Assistants (Care & Support Workers) to support adults in a residential setting.
You will help residents live well, feel safe, and maintain as much independence as possible delivering person-centred care with dignity and respect.
Key responsibilities
Provide personal care support (washing, dressing, continence care) and promote dignity and choice
Support residents with meals, hydration, mobility and daily routines
Encourage independence, social interaction, and meaningful activities
Maintain accurate daily records and communicate changes in wellbeing
Follow individual care plans, safeguarding procedures, and health & safety guidance
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and health professionals

Good communication skills and a team mindset
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends/bank holidays
