• Provide inspirational Catholic leadership, promoting the school’s mission, ethos and values
• Secure high-quality teaching, learning and achievement through an ambitious, inclusive and evidence-informed curriculum
• Promote pupils’ spiritual, moral, social and academic development, ensuring high standards for all
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of all pupils, embedding a strong culture of vigilance and care
• Uphold statutory responsibilities, ensuring continuous monitoring, evaluation and school improvement
• Foster a positive, respectful and inclusive school culture with high expectations for behaviour and professionalism
• Lead effective staff performance management, wellbeing, professional development and succession planning
• Champion inclusion and SEND provision, working closely with families, parish and external agencies
• Build strong partnerships with parents, governors, the Diocese, local community and wider stakeholders
• Manage resources, staffing and risk effectively to ensure value for money and sustainable improvement
• Provide clear accountability and transparent reporting to governors and external bodies, including Ofsted
