Are you a caring, patient and resilient individual with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)?
We are seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and inclusive school community.

Key Responsibilities of this role includes:
- Supporting students with a range of SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech and language, or physical needs)
- Working 1:1 and in small groups to provide tailored support
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists and SENCOs
- Helping to create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment
What we're looking for:
- A calm, nurturing and proactive approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eligibility to work in UK
- Enhanced DBS or willing to get new on
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- A real passion for helping children reach their full potential
