Electrical Supervisor – Residential Projects

Location: London
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 + Travel

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee high-quality residential projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, site-based supervisor with solid residential experience who takes pride in delivering safe, compliant, and well-coordinated electrical installations.

The Role

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of electrical works on large-scale residential developments. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered to programme, specification, and the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising electrical installation works across residential projects

  
  

• Managing electricians and subcontractors to ensure quality and productivity

  
  

• Overseeing daily site activities and ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulations

  
  

• Carrying out inspections, testing, and quality checks

  
  

• Coordinating with site managers, project managers, and mechanical teams

  
  

• Identifying and resolving technical and site issues efficiently

  
  

• Ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and sign-off procedures are completed

  • Proven experience supervising electrical teams on live construction sites

    
    

  • Solid understanding of electrical regulations, standards, and best practices

    
    

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills

    
    

  • A track record of stability and longevity with previous employers

    
    

  • Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, SSSTS or SMSTS
