Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all electrical works on Residential and Fit-Out projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including risk assessments and method statements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification is essential.
- Electrical City & Guilds certifications are required.
- Proven experience in electrical compliance and site management.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Day-to-Day
- Supervising and coordinating electrical installation teams on-site.
- Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitoring project progress and reporting to senior management.
- Managing materials, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient site operations.
- Conducting quality checks and ensuring all installations meet required standards.
- Addressing any on-site issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborating with other trades and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
