Your Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual needs
- Support pupils with EHCPs and additional challenges
- Work closely with teaching assistants and therapists
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- SEN experience or a genuine passion to learn
- Resilience, creativity, and strong behaviour management skills
