- Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
- Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Complex medical and physical needs
The school prides itself on creating a nurturing environment where every child can thrive. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils across the school, working closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning and care plans.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support
- Assisting with personal care and mobility needs
- Helping pupils access learning through adapted resources and communication aids
- Encouraging independence and social interaction
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in SEN settings or a genuine interest in special education
- Patience, empathy, and resilience
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to undertake training (e.g., Team Teach, Moving & Handling)
