What You’ll Be Doing:
• Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group science interventions – both in and out of class
• Support students to exceed their GCSE and KS3 targets with creative, evidence-led methods
• Collaborate closely with Heads of Science and SENCO on bespoke support plans
• Track and analyse academic progress, refining interventions to maximise pupil growth
• Champion a love of science by leading enrichment, experiments, and STEM clubs
