What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering targeted academic mentoring in KS3/KS4 science classes
• Designing and leading small group interventions to bridge learning gaps
• Collaborating with science teachers to craft engaging, hands-on activities
• Assisting in the refinement of personalised support plans
• Tracking and boosting student progress through data and observation
• Inspiring enthusiasm for chemistry, physics, and biology throughout the school
