What You'll Be Doing:
• Leading small-group and 1:1 confidence, resilience, and social skills interventions
• Devising and implementing strategies to boost engagement and behaviour
• Working closely with SEND, pastoral, and teaching staff to personalise support
• Analysing behaviour data and collaborating to create action plans
• Acting as a trusted mentor—motivating, listening, advocating for students’ success
• Playing a central role in restorative approaches and whole-school wellbeing initiatives
