We are looking for an inspiring Behaviour Manager to lead positive behaviour, strengthen relationships, and support students to reach their full potential in a calm and inclusive learning environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and deliver assigned programmes of teaching and learning activities to individuals, small groups and/or whole classes modifying and adapting activities as necessary under the overall direction and supervision of a teacher
- Assess the needs of pupils and use detailed knowledge and specialist skills to support pupils’ learning.
- Support pupils in social and emotional well-being, reporting problems to the teacher as appropriate.
- Understand and support independent learning and inclusion of all pupils as required.
Pay range: SCP12-17 - £25,152.73 - £27,284.70 - FTE: £27,711.00 - £30,060.00 - Fixed Term - July 2026 - 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.
Qualifications and Skills:
- GCSE Maths & English
- Effective behaviour management skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Ability to work with an individual child or with a group
