At Oasis Academy Wintringham, that person could be you.We’re looking for a warm, organised, community‑minded Administrator to join our Academy; someone who loves helping others, thrives on variety, and takes pride in making a real difference.A Role with PurposeAs our Administrator, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces people meet. You’ll help students who need support, reassure parents, guide visitors, and keep staff connected and informed. You’ll be the person who knows what’s happening, where it’s happening, and how to make it happen smoothly. Your days will be full of meaningful moments, the kind that remind you why schools matter.What your days might look likeNo two days will ever be the same. You’ll be:Welcoming students, staff, parents, and visitors with a friendly, professional approachHandling reception and telephone enquiries with confidence and clarityManaging attendance registers and supporting essential data processesProducing documents, reports, and meeting minutes with accuracy and confidentialitySupporting cash handling, petty cash, and financial record‑keepingKeeping our administrative systems running smoothly — from filing to email managementProviding vital support to the Student Services TeamTraining as a First Aider to help keep our community safeWe’d love to hear from you if you have:Strong communication skills and a warm, professional mannerExperience in administration, reception, or customer‑facing rolesGood ICT skills, including Microsoft Word and ExcelExcellent organisation, time‑management, and attention to detailThe ability to stay calm, flexible, and positive in a busy environmentA commitment to confidentiality, safeguarding, and supporting young peopleTyping or shorthand skills and experience in a school environment are a bonus — but not essential.Why Join Us?
