Summary
EUD Engineer needed in Kidlington, £250 per day - Reference: 373133
Mobile engineer, predominantly based in Kidlington but may have requirements to cover anywhere in Thames Valley
1. Provide an excellent customer experience to the forces user base, providing the support in line with business impact to reduce the impact of any service disruption to the forces.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve EUD incidents, requests and problems within the agreed Service Level Agreement’s, Identifying any patterns and trends within the EUD services taking proactive measures to raise as problems.
3. Ensure the EUD Senior Engineer is aware of any changes required to documentation and knowledge articles.
4. Support the schedule of moves, projects, events and tech provides providing a proactive service.
5. Deliver services to the agreed Key Performance Indicators, User Experience Agreements and Service Level Agreements.
6. Follow the processes and procedures which are put in place with a strong focus on asset management governance.
7. Identify any service improvements within the EUD service delivery highlighting to EUD Senior Engineers.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
