Provide dedicated administrative support to the Minor Works Team within the Home Office (HO) and Ministry of Justice (MOJ) contract which covers over 500 manned and unmanned TFM sites across the UK and Europe.
The role will encompass the delivery of wide variety of tasks, with a focus of this role being the deliverance of excellent administrative service.
Main Duties
The role involves providing efficient clerical and administrative support as required, including supporting Programmers, Senior Managers, and the Head of Minor Works with all administrative tasks. The position is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end Fire Risk Assessment remedial process while maintaining a clear audit trail, as well as maintaining operational data such as the training matrix, reporting, and other associated records. The individual will assist in preparing for both internal and external audits and support site mobilisations as needed. The role also includes assisting with HR‑related matters, including investigations and note‑taking, and collating overtime trackers in line with departmental timelines. Additionally, the post holder will support the daily management and progress of Work Orders throughout their life cycle to completion, ensuring timeliness in line with contract SLAs, and will ensure that all Work Order progress information recorded on CAFM systems is accurate and updated promptly. Oversight and maintenance of the department's email communications inbox are also required. This list of duties is not exhaustive, and the role will involve undertaking any other reasonable management requests as required.
