Job Description:
The Best Connection is seeking a friendly, professional, and well-presented Receptionist to join our team in South Birmingham. This is a full-time, front-of-house role and would suit someone who enjoys working with people and creating a welcoming first impression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors
- Front-of-house duties, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing emails and general enquiries
- Signing visitors in and out of the building
- Supporting general administrative tasks as required
About You:
- Well-presented, polite, and professional
- Confident communicator, both in person and over the phone
- Organized and reliable
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Previous receptionist/administrator experience is ideal.
