Job Description:

The Best Connection is seeking a friendly, professional, and well-presented Receptionist to join our team in South Birmingham. This is a full-time, front-of-house role and would suit someone who enjoys working with people and creating a welcoming first impression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors
  • Front-of-house duties, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Managing emails and general enquiries
  • Signing visitors in and out of the building
  • Supporting general administrative tasks as required

About You:

  • Well-presented, polite, and professional
  • Confident communicator, both in person and over the phone
  • Organized and reliable
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Previous receptionist/administrator experience is ideal.
