We're looking for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules.
Role Responsibilities:
-Maintain and repair plumbing systems, ventilation (AHUs, extract/intake), heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCUs), and water assets (booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters).
-Deliver high-quality service, respond to client queries, and report defects.
-Complete documentation accurately and on time, including inspection reports and remedial logs.
-Perform manual tasks including working at heights and in confined spaces.
-Participate in On-Call Rota and adhere to Health & Safety and Permit to Work procedures.
What we're looking for:
-Experience in Maintenance/Facilities Management.
-Relevant qualifications (e.g. C&G NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
-Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe systems of work.
-Valid full UK driving licence and IT literacy.
-Strong communication skills and ability to use mobile devices effectively.
