Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join Rotherham Care group in a dedicated role aimed at completing S117 reviews in the community. The role is fixed term to focus on an identified need within our community. The post will work alongside ICB and RMBC colleagues, offering a new team to support Rotherham.
The post holder will be responsible for completing required S117, completing required documentation and presenting cases at panel, if applicable including reviews of existing care packages or progressing to ending S117 aftercare.
