Crynodeb
The People Advisor will be expected to provide an effective and professional HR service to management and staff in Great Western NHS Foundation Trust. The post holder will lead on providing advice to managers on a range of HR areas including employee terms and conditions, employment issues, core key performance indicators and organisational change to provide an efficient and effective HR service.
