We have an exciting opportunity for a Waste Management Customer Support Officer to join our Streetscene team. In this role, you will provide high‑quality administrative and customer support to ensure our services run smoothly and efficiently.
What you’ll be doing:

Coordinating work allocation across the Waste Management and Streetscene teams
Providing day‑to‑day administrative support to officers
Responding to enquiries from residents, the call centre, internal teams, and external partners
Helping ensure we meet our customer promises and service standards
Supporting the delivery of key operational services, including waste collection and street cleansing

About you:You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Enjoy varied tasks and working in a busy environment
Have strong organisational and communication skills
Can prioritise work effectively and use your initiative
Are confident working with customers and solving problems
Have experience in administration or customer service (local government experience is an advantage but not essential)
