Be a flexible member of the Performance and Informatics Team, providing assistance to other staff within the department and covering the work of colleagues during the periods of absence or peak workloads. To develop and maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in NHS information standards and definitions. Participate in appraisal and personal reviews and work to achieve agreed set objectives Participate in appropriate training and development activities and maintain a good understanding of available new technologies/techniques. Ensure all processes have written current procedures and that they are followed and maintained at all times, offering suggestions for improvements to the process as appropriate. Participating in presentations to key stakeholders within Performance and Informatics where required Take part in presentations relating to role To undertake any other duties as required in accordance with the grade and nature of the post.
