Essential Requirements
-Experience working in homelessness, housing, or complex needs services
-Ability to complete assessments, identify needs, and manage risks
-Confident communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong time management and ability to prioritise tasks independently
-Knowledge of support pathways for individuals with diverse needs
-Understanding of factors contributing to homelessness and experience supporting positive change
-Enhanced DBS or willingness to undergo check

-Previous experience in a similar environment
-Experience delivering trauma-informed support and facilitating group sessions
The Role
-Deliver 1-to-1 keywork and group support to residents
-Create and implement personalised support and risk management plans
-Manage referrals, assess needs, and monitor suitability for Gateway
-Support residents to develop life skills and maintain independence
-De-escalate incidents and manage safeguarding concerns
-Conduct housing management duties including building checks, welfare checks, and preparing rooms for new arrivals
-Liaise with external partners and attend multi-agency meetings
-Maintain accurate records and reports on interventions, outcomes, and impact
-Contribute to a trauma-informed, person-centred approach to support
