Are you a compassionate, reliable individual who wants to make a real difference in people’s lives?
We’re looking for dedicated Support staff to join our friendly team, supporting clients in their homes and communities across Whiston, Prescot and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
• Provide personal care, companionship, and emotional support
• Assist with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, medication and meal preparation
• Support clients to remain as independent as possible
• Always promote independence and dignity
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals
Requirements
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
• A kind, patient, and empathetic nature
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is a plus
