About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated applicant to join our HR & OD Team, in supporting the Housing Service. The post is full time, with a minimum of 2 days per week on site, for a period of 2 years.

The position will involve leading the design, development and implementation of a comprehensive Learning and Development programme and ensuring compliance with the new Competence and Conduct Standard introduced under the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023. The role will involve working closely with Senior Officers across the Housing Service to support the continuous development of the housing workforce.

The successful applicant must have Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent in Learning and Development and have experience of working in or with Housing Services or local government.
