The governors are seeking to appoint an experienced and creative Level 1, Full Time, Temporary Teaching Assistant to support in our Enhanced Provision for children with Communication and Learning Needs (there is a potential for this post to become permanant depending on the 26/27 budget). They will work as part of a team of experienced TAs who are supported by the SENDCo to deliver a bespoke curriculum which has been designed to meet the specific needs of the children.The ideal canddiate will:-have experience of working with and supporting pupils with SENDhave experience of supporting children with communication needs
be able to use different strategies to support children with their communication.
have experience of working with children with a diagnosis of autism.
have outstanding behaviour management strategies
be able to work as part of a team
be flexible and able to use their own initiative
be energetic, enthusiastic and creative
have excellent communication skills
place great importance on, and has high expectations of standards and behaviour.We are a thriving 2 1/2 form entry primary school. We have a 40 place Nursery setting and we have hard working and dedicated staff and children who are enthusiastic, willing to learn and enjoy coming to school
