HOURS OF WORK: 37 HOURS PER WEEK- 39- OR 52-WEEKS CONTRACT
The Western Learning Federation is looking to appoint an Administration Support Officer. We are looking for an individual who can offer excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with a track record of working within a school environment.
This exciting role will support several key areas of administrative tasks of responsibility across the Federation.
We are looking for an experienced administrative professional who has a detailed understanding of working within schools across several key aspects such as HR, Finance, Policies, Data, minute taking at panels, and managing diaries. The successful candidate will be supported by the Executive Headteacher, Deputy Executive Headteacher, Heads of Schools and Business Manager as part of this exciting opportunity.

Riverbank School, Ty Gwyn School and Woodlands School are part of the Western Learning Federation and as it is the only special school federation in Wales. We are a truly unique organisation where our schools support pupils aged 3-19 with Autism and/or profound and complex needs.
