We are recruiting a Therapy Assistant to join our Allied Health Professional Team based at our Outstanding CQC rated Hospice in Bradford Salary: Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale, aligned with AFC BAND 3 £24,937 to £26,589 per annum pro rata Contract: Fixed Term - ending 30th September 2027 Hours: Full Time or Part Time Based: Marie Curie Bradford Hospice Closing date: 19th January 2026 An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Therapy Assistant to join the Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy team at Bradford Hospice. In this role, you will support patients with palliative or end-of-life care needs. After Senior Therapists complete their assessments, you will deliver ongoing interventions tailored to each patients written care plan and individual needs. Your main objective will be to help patients preserve or enhance their independence and overall quality of life. The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with all service providers involved in each patients care. What we are looking for: Formal technical qualification e.g. BTEC or NVQ3 in health care related subject Previous experience in a Therapy Assistant role or experience of working with people in a caring and supportive role Experience of working in Palliative and End of life care, frailty or long term conditions would be an advantage.
