Crynodeb
This is a crucial role where you will be part of a growing team responsible for acquiring developments to fulfil ambitious operational growth targets.
You will be responsible for the identification and acquisition of suitable Section 106, Package Deal and additionality opportunities that align with the Platform Development Strategy. You will identify a detailed understanding of Platform's identified growth areas, including any specific local intricacies which may apply, as well as establish good relations with locally operating developers, intermediaries, and landowners.

Some things we need from you:
-Experience of working within the development team of a national or large regional commercial housebuilding organisation or registered provider.
-Demonstrable experience of identifying development opportunities through a range of methods.
-Experience of managing the performance of projects to meet company targets and plans.
-You will have the ability to effectively time manage, prioritise and plan multiple projects at once.
-The ability to establish sustained working relationships based on respect and effective negotiation and influencing skills.
-The ability to effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholder is key within this role.
